Chance me please?

So I just applied about a week ago, and I got a 23 on my ACT and have been doing the international baccalaureate for 2 years and predicted a 29. My teacher said that my essay was really good, and I have reference letters from my English, psychology, and Head of House. For extracurriculars, I have participated in schoolwide swimming finals for over 6 years, a charity fashion show, charity hike, charity biathlon organization, charity delivery, interschool volleyball and rugby, in school fundraising events for 2 different clubs, prefect, prefecting for junior students camp, overseas volunteering at an orphanage, and teaching local students a different language and committed to boxing for 4 years. All of this occurred over the past 2 years aside from boxing and swimming finals.

What are my chances of getting in? thank you!

Predicted IB scores aren’t used in most US college admissions (The California system takes them into account). Your ACT puts you at the lower end of MSU students.

Look at section C9. You have a chance – but not a great one.
