Chance me please

Hi everyone, I’m currently a junior at a competitive high school, just wanted a rough estimate of my chances- any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

Stats:

(I live in Texas, in-state)
4.22 weighted GPA (Not sure what my unweighted is, sorry)
SAT: 1540 (790 math, 750 the other part)
Going to take the ACT and SAT Subject Tests this summer
Rank: ~Top 10.5%
Courseload: AP Chemistry, HGAP, Euro, Psych, English 3, APUSH, Comparative Government, World History
EC: NHS (volunteering about 100 hours), Student Council, Mock Trial, Robotics Club, a few others.

Hoping to get into Math or Physics programs, probably won’t get into engineering but math and physics are my primary choices, I’d like to double major(?), not sure how that works exactly. How tough is it to get into math and physics?

Wow, you sound like you go to one of those crazy HS that you can have stats like that and not be in the top 10% or for UT 7%. What is HGAP , APUSH and Euro? Hopefully AP math and physics. I would think your chances would be good for math and physics as long as you have strength of schedule which includes those subjects.

Yeah, I go to Plano Senior High, which is pretty competitive.
HGAP is Human Geography AP, APUSH is US History, and European History.

A big question in my mind would be if you want to major in math or physics, why are you not taking any of those courses. Have you already taken the highest levels possible from your school and done well?

I’m taking it ap physics c and ap calculus bc this year. Sorry about this super late response.

A small update:
I took subject tests, got 750 on chem and 790 on math II. Rank roughly the same, a few awards from robotics club. Wrote pretty good essays.
Still unsure on my chances, so if anyone has any input, it would be greatly appreciated. I applied pretty late for UT, and I know it’s semi - rolling.

I also got a full scholarship for utd, so in the possibility that i get accepted to ut austin physics, does anyone have any advice? I plan to eventually go for a PhD, in case this is important.

Which major did you put in for the first major at UT? If your grades in calculus and physics are all A’s, I would say you are likely to get in.

For my first major, Physics. Unfortunately my grades in calc and physics aren’t all A’s, but I took them in Senior Year. Would they still show up on the transcript? Because I recall someone telling me that UT doesn’t look at senior year.
