You have a good GPA and class rank but

Is a bit low for schools like Harvard or MIT.

Your EC’s are average for ivy league (it doesn’t really stand out compared to a lot of others applying for ivy schools). Don’t get me wrong, you have good EC’s (way better than mine), but for an ivy, that doesn’t look as good.

Your main issue is that you don’t have any good hooks. That legacy at OSU will help with OSU, but when it comes to ivy league, being white and high income isn’t a good hook.

I would say that you should be able to get into GA Tech and OSU, and that the rest (caltech, princeton, MIT, harvard) will be reaches (with MIT being an extremely high reach for engineering)

Everything stats and EC-wise is certainly on par for Ivies. You definitely have a chance, but make sure you really shine in your essays to help your application stand out.
