Let’s see what @Gumbymom says. Your GPA is good. You need some leadership positions in your ECs and some accomplishment to help you stand out. Tip: UCLA is looking for students out to make the world a better place. Think about that for one of your 4 essays. Good Luck!
I think all schools are possible but as you know top schools can be unpredictable.
The only solid Match I see is Santa Clara if affordable.
UW is definitely within reach along with USC/UCLA and UCB but I would say they are High Match-Low Reach schools. Stanford is a High Reach just due to the <5% acceptance rate and I really see nothing extraordinary in your application (it may depend upon where you volunteering?).
I agree with @preppedparent, having some leadership positions will strengthen your application. Write some outstanding essays and add a safety or two along with a few more Match schools (UC Davis would be a good Match school along with proximity to the state capital for internships).
Best of luck.
In regards to leadership experience, a big chunk of my volunteering (84 hours) is being a leader at a youth environmental camp and I am also joining ASB next year. I am also in the works to bring the national honors society for social studies to my school and being president. Thanks for your help! @Gumbymom and @preppedparent
