I had a rec, but I never read it.
One of my essays was solid, the other was okay.

What are my realistic chances?

Also, I was deferred on November 1st.

Deferred means wait-listed? The prognosis is not good if you're wait-listed.

Seriously, try for Summer session. Call Admissions and see if it may be done.

Good luck!

Thanks for the quick reply. Deferred just means that I will be given a final admissions decision on March 28th. I will be writing a formal letter to FSU to try for summer session.

Also I have taken a pretty rigorous schedule filled with AP and Honors classes, if that means anything nowadays.

Once again, thanks for the quick reply!

AP classes and difficult classes impress the Admissions folks at FSU more than mere SAT scores, it seems sometimes.

Keep up this kind of effort and let them know. I'd discuss your classes and your grades to ensure it gets a read.

I e-mailed FSU and they told me.
