Academically speaking, for an Asian, your stats are not the strongest. Remember, you will be competing against an applicant pool that includes insane asians with straight 800s and who have a 2400, valedictorian status and such. Your academic courseload is challengeing, and will help you (assuming it's the toughest one available).
Nation-wide orchestra seems impressive, .... however, I don't see anything that particulary stands out. You might also want to put in a humanities teacher rec, just to show balance. Write good essays.

What instrument do you play? Make sure to send an audition!!! (and pay attention to the deadline -- it is earlier than the rest of the application, and it is NOT a postmark deadline)

Your Bio SAT II is lower than you would probably like to see, and your SAT score is out of the desired range of 2200+. The fact that your school doesn't rank means its hard to put your GPA, which is not bad by any means, into some kind of perspective. For example, if you went to a very challenging school where nobody got perfect grades, your GPA would seem quite good. But if that isn't the case, which is likely what the admissions officers will assume, then your GPA seems a little lower than what they might normally take.

You seem quite accomplished in the orchestra department, but a lack of any other 'big' EC's means your going to need to rely heavily on your recs and essays. I think you need to try and get a rec from someone you've worked with musically - this will help emphasize your musical accomplishments.

i'm retaking SAT's this october and november. in addition, I was famous for taking the hardest course load possible for a junior at my school. because i took ap bio and ap chem simultaneously. I will be sending in music supplements. I also have a potential "call" to admission/recommendation from a professional musician I have studied with for more than three years. He is a julliard and vanderbilt graduate. specifically speaking for the national orchestra, it picks only 4-5 players for my instrument per state. Only meets every two years. A nationally known conference. do these specifics help??
also, please advise me as to how i can highlight my EC since it is so focused on medical work and music.

The only way to get really acknowledged for music is to send a supplement. If the music department likes you (which, I am sure, in your case they will), it's a huge leg up.

You have several essays to write for Stanford. You can highlight something different in each one.
