Chance me, please.

Hello there, I'd appreciate it if you fellows would perhaps chance me. I'm not the greatest student around, though I wouldn't say I'm bad at all, just had a slip in my GPA from taking on a job during junior year. I was wondering if you could chance me for some UCs and other schools.

Student at a large public school with 943 in my class, ranking should be around 130-140 out of 943. So I'm within the top 15%.

GPA weighted: 3.9
Unweighted: ~3.3 (I just got my grades changed for AP scores, so I dunno what it is exactly...for some reason the registrar thinks my weighted GPA is 4.33 and my unweighted is 3.87? Ah well)
"UC GPA:" 3.73

SAT: 1860 and 1920 respectively
CR: 610, 690 Math: 590, 570 Writing: 660, 660
SAT II: Math: 580 (yeah I know...retook in Nov 3rd) Chemistry: 700
US History: 750
AP/Score:
US Hist/5, Chem/4, Euro Hist/5, English Composition/5, Enviro Science/5

Decent ECs: Two years of JV track, 1 of JV XC. Four years of involvement with the school Lit Mag, one year as an editor, one year as president, and this year as editor-in-chief. President of the Teen Advisory Council at the city library. Up to about 70-80 hours of community service. Working as a chemist at a nearby lab that runs chemical tests for cosmetic companies and other businesses. One summer in Europe.

Schools I'm applying to:
UC Berkeley
UC Irvine
UC Davis
UC Riverside
Boston University
Cal Poly San Luis Obispo
Stretch school: Harvey Mudd

My dream school would be UC Berkeley, and I'd love to be in their engineering program, but I dunno what my chances are. Lemme know what you think.
