Work for a political activist group, founded political activist group at my school; Editor of School Newspaper; Captain, Mock Trial (won state championship twice, competed in national tournament twice); Captain Model United Nations; Captain, Model Congress; Coordinator, program at Red Cross helping elderly use computers and email; Board Member, local Red Cross chapter;</p>
<p>Recs: Several good ones: one from my AP Lit teacher, didnt read it; another from AP U.S. teacher, saying I am one of the best public speakers in the country, and competitive for the nations top universities; another from my boss at the political organization; a final one from the interim executive director of the red cross chapter</p>
<p>Essay: CommonApp about how living in NH has revealed to me my passion in politics; Why Hamilton question outlined how Hamilton dovetails research and intensive academic opportunities (e.g., Levitt Public Affairs Center, 3-3 law program w Columbia) with liberal arts experience </p>
<p>Interview: Went wellended up talking about politics, etc. I was careful not to interject my own political views, and talk about politics in general</p>
