Chance me please?

I'm applying EDII to Reed, regular decision to Swarthmore, Rice, FSU (not worried about that one), and possibly Syracuse.

Academics:
Public High School
GPA - Unweighted: 3.66ish
GPA - Weighted: 4.28
Rank - 10/512

Scores:
SAT I Math: 620
SAT I Critical Reading: 800
SAT I Writing: 710
ACT Composite: 31
ACT Math: 26
ACT Science: 32
ACT Reading: 36
ACT English: 29
AP Biology: 4
AP English Language & Composition: 4

Classes:
All of my non-elective classes were honors in 9th and 10th grade and my non-AP non-elective classes were all honors in 11th, with the exception of math
Senior year: AP English Literature and Composition, AP Government, AP Macroeconomics, AP Studio Art
I also might take the AP Latin Literature test (self-study), but I'm not sure yet

Honors and Awards:
2nd place in County art show
a few "underclassman awards" in my school itself

Major Extracurriculars:
Drama Club: 11th and 12th; Stage Manager in 11th
National Honor Society: 10th-12th
National Art Honor Society: 11th and 12th; Treasurer in 12th
Junior Classical League: 11th; Vice-President (I kind of have some problems with this because it basically disbanded this year- I would be the only person in the club. Can/should I still say I'm in it this year?)

Community Service:
International Market: 10th and 11th
Camp Counselor at local environmental center: summer before 11th
Assistant Coach for local elementary gymnastics team: summer-11th
Designing/painting sets for my school's plays- 11th and 12th (I'm told this counts, but I'm not sure if I should include it)
I've got a bunch of little things, too, but nothing as major

I know I wasn't very active in 10th grade and not at all in 9th, but I think I've got an adequate explanation for that (school got destroyed by a hurricane, mainly).

Rice you have a moderate chance, Swarthmore might be a bit of a reach.

I say Rice is more of a reach than Swarthmore. Mainly I think if anything your GPA and ecs could be a little better. But in college admissions, you never know!

I'd say match for Reed (meaning 50/50), subject to essay and interview.
