Liberal Arts: Amherst, Bowdoin, Middlebury, Wesleyan (maybe Vassar and Swarthmore? Visiting soon)

I don’t understand your SAT scores…? Are those two test dates? Not all schools superscore.

Yeah, those are two SAT attempts, December and January. The first time my score was a 2180 and the second time a 2100. But superscored it was a 2240. Sorry

u prob have a decent chance to get into those schools. is there anything else you might think help you to stand from the pack?

I’m a good writer and very personable, so the essay and interview don’t worry me. I’m hoping the TASP program will help also, the program I applied for talks about Human Rights in the Global South.

The big disadvantage about moving to Ohio is that almost all my ECs for senior year are shot. I would have been president of the choir next year, and even if I qualify for the All-State or All-Eastern choirs, I might not be able to attend. It’s starting all over again.

For senior year I had also planned to help produce and student-direct a musical which would include a class on history and culture of that time period. It would be my own project I would present for the school board, but I don’t think that is happening now…

I don’t know…that’s about it. =D

same problem here. I moved from NJ to CT on Feb 2008. I would have been an editor of my old school’s newsppaer, but i couldn’t b/c i moved to CT. geez. ur EC’s look a lot more impressive than mine.

Seems good to me. Good luck with Dartmouth! I’ll be visiting there this April break, most likely.

Thanks! It really is amazing there. =D

definitely looks impressive!
good luck with TASP, of course ;]
it’s good you’re dedicated to something like singing. your ECs are very solid.
good luck in ohio! it’s too bad you have to move senior year… well maybe you’ll end up right back in NY for college?
