<p>Unfortunately or fortunately depending on how you look at it, your race and ec's will do you near no good while applying to penn state; however, your high GPA and competitive SAT scores will help you gain admissions. I don't believe they looks at the SAT II score unless you apply for the Honor's College (which is very hard to get in to, your class rank will hurt you there).</p>

<p>Apply as early as possible, usually before November 30th. </p>
