You need a lot more safeties.

agree with cosine, not because your unqualified, but because most of your schools are reaches for anybody. what about usc or some state schools (wisconsin, michigan)?

Ditto. You need to add more safeties, especially since so many applicants are going to be applying for the limited spots at all the schools you listed. Why don't you add UCSD? It's not as highly ranked as Berkeley or UCLA, but it's an excellent school, and is considered 3rd best out of all the UCs.

The three Ivies you listed and MIT/Cal Tech are going to be especially competitive next year. Like cosine said, you should add more safeties, just in case. What's your prospective major?

Thank you for your responses. I'm thinking about majoring in some sort of engineering or environmental sciences but that might change.

I would add SD to my list because I will apply there but hopefully that's a safety. What must I do to better my chances?

What the hell is most inspirational?

hmmm pretty self explanatory. All sports teams at my school give out 3 awards, Most Inspirational, Most Improved and Most Valuable... I've received the Most Inspirational alot, figured I should note that, shows leadership maybe?

I don't think you need any more safeties....ucla and berkeley sound like safeties to me for you
meanwhile being a nor cal resident may make things difficult for HYP, since there's so much competition
