Yeah, I'm a little weak in the last two areas. Would my dad being an alumnus of Brown, and a supplementary rec letter from a Wharton alumnus (internship supervisor) help with those respective schools?

Please chance me for:
Berkeley
Brown
Cornell
WashU
Caltech
UPenn (Wharton)
Stanford
Yale
Harvard?

Still trying to finalize list. To be honest, I feel a little silly applying to the last few schools :P Thanks in advance!~

Berkeley- Match (with instate status).
Brown- Low reach.
Cornell- Low reach.
All crapshoot Ivies:
UPenn
Stanford
Yale
Harvard

You have excellent stats and ECs, but with the ivies, it's always hard to tell. Write good essays and I don't see why you wouldn't be in most places. Good luck :).

Please do me por favor :) <a href="http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/545820-thread-has-no-title-just-words-tune-chances-safeties-please.html%5B/url%5D">http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/545820-thread-has-no-title-just-words-tune-chances-safeties-please.html</a></p>

Thank you, and I replied to your thread :)

Anyone else? Also, if anyone can suggest some safeties for me?

Berkeley-in state? IN
Brown-high match/low reach
Cornell-match
WashU-match
Caltech-reach
UPenn (Wharton)-reach
Stanford-reach
Yale-reach
Harvard?-reach

You do not need me to tell you that you are an exceptional student. Haha, now if you don't mind.. please chance me. I do not know how to put link here . but it is called

'Am I A Failure?My Parents Think I am'

I am no where near as good as you:(

I just want to say WOW. your work experience especially. and of course, your stats, ECs, and GPA!

Berkeley - IN!
Brown - low reach
Cornell - low reach / high match
WashU - match
Caltech - match
UPenn (Wharton) - with that work experience, you have a very good shot - low reach
Stanford - reach, you have what it takes though
Yale - reach, again -- you have it. just wait it out for the admissions people to do their thing :)
Harvard - crappppshoot

Thank you guys~ Yeah, I'm in-state for the UCs, so it should be easier for me, although some of my friends got rejectedly really randomly last year despite decent stats.

I'm really hoping my internship will help out my application, but I don't have exactly amazing awards, just school-wide and local ones. Would that have a big impact? I see a lot of people here with very significant honors and I'm not sure mine will be able to stand in the applicant pool.

I'd say you have a shot everywhere. You remind me of our public high school valedictorian in 2007 class who is thriving at Yale, even though she originally wanted Harvard! Just curious, which test prep did you like the best for your SATs?

Well, on my first real practice test (previously-administered), I got a 2320, and after that used Collegeboard's SAT book. It got me up to 2380, but my test day didn't go so well x___x As for SAT II's, I only studied for Chem, and that was out of Barron's. Hope that answers your question :)

Great stats and EC's. I would say that Berkeley, Cornell, and WashU are matches for you. Brown and Penn may be more of a high match due to alumni connection. It is a little harder to determine the other ivies, caltech and stanford because their admissions seem to be random. What are you planning to major in? It might help a bit. Good Luck! Could you chance me?

You are amazing... idk what to say, i think you'll get into all of your colleges, and I also think that any college that rejects u is stupid.

don't chance me....you already have lol

I think you have good chances at ALL of them! Your stats and everything are very impressive =)

Chance me, everyone!
<a href="http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/549344-princeton-harvard-easiest-colleges-get-into.html%5B/url%5D">http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/549344-princeton-harvard-easiest-colleges-get-into.html</a></p>

Berkeley - In
Brown - High Match
Cornell - High Match
WashU - Match
Caltech - High Match
UPenn (Wharton) - Reach
Stanford - Reach
Yale - Reach
Harvard? - Reach

What safeties you looking at? I would recommend Indiana-Bloomington, ASU, and UT - Austin. Those three are public schools with great biz prog. chance me in return?

<a href="http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/548705-let-s-put-smile-face-chancing-me.html%5B/url%5D">http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/548705-let-s-put-smile-face-chancing-me.html</a></p>

Thanks, guys. To answer your questions: for major, I'm looking along the lines of economics or business, and for safeties, since I'm in-state, I'll probably have UC Davis or UCSD.
