<p>As it is, Michigan does not really weigh legacy too heavily. Your sister attending Dearborn will probably not be counted as legacy and even if it were, given Michigan's weighing of legacy status, I would not consider it to be a "hook". </p>
<p>Your GPA is fine, though a little low. Your ACT is around the mean. I would encourage you to apply ER and see what happens.</p>
