<p>While your stats are honestly not great, the schools you have there are not very competitive (to my knowledge) and will accept anyone with the capacity and willingness to learn at the college level. In at all of them.</p>

<p>Why ECU? Comes across as bizarre for a PA resident.</p>

<p>I would also look at Indiana University Bloomington and West Virginia. I think you fit into their range of scores.</p>
