chance me please

What about me? please.

89.652 GPA/class rank top 40%
1970 both times on SAT. 2050 if you combine the highest. and 1350 math/reading composite

SAT II's: Bio - 620 and Math II i havent taken yet, but will

took most honors, and 5 AP's

4 years of tennis, 3 of marching band - pit section leader, 3 of men's choir, 4 of environmental club -- co president

and I'm gonna do NROTC

What is your gpa calculated on a 4.0 scale?

Also, you don’t need any SAT Subject Tests for Tech.

3.4 ish i think

bump. bump bump.

bump again

3.4 weighted? That’s a little on the low side to be honest. You want to have a 3.7+ and 1300+ to be competitive. Your SAT is fine, but if your GPA is that low you might want to consider retaking your SAT to boost up your chances.

dunno if its weighted or not. my gpa for my sr year is a 97/100 (3.9, i guess).

will doing ROTC help? because I am.

i got a 750 math II sat as well.

ya know?

GPA is probably gonna hurt you the most. Average entering tech is about 3.7. Great SAT and band seems to help (i’m woodwind lieutenant and i got in with a 1290 SAT, 3.9 GPA and 5 APs), not really sure of your chances…

i think youre in. you have a good courseload, a decent gpa, but good sats. hopefully, you have enough ecs and a persuading essay as well.
