THANKS!

Looks like you have stats similar to those who got accepted. I think your chances of acceptance are high.... but if many of the classes you took were non honors, pre-, or Ap chances could lower.

say you have a decent chance.. but not trying to be racists here as i am not. being indian - i assume from india not Native American?? - well that could hurt you, not as much as being chinese but still could slightly....

yea i took mostly honors whenever they were offered
I took only one AP last year, but four this year.. and i dont know if it matters much, but im getting an A in all except Spanish (88-89, so annoying)

and yea im Indian, as in India, hahah hopefully it wont matter that much though, im praying it won't

i really don't think it will.... i know more asians that were high honors who were denied then indian... and with affirmative action gone you never know how umich will act these days.

thats pretty crazy, i think thats totally unfair, but whatever thats life i guess

I'll say don't stress out about it. I doubt being Indian would hurt your chances... on University of Michigan- Ann Arbor website it says diversity matters at Michigan.
Diversity Matters

i've heard so many people talking about how it is stupid to put your ethnicity down on your application if you are asian... is it really a hindrance now?

well i just got in
i reallllyyyyyy don't think it matters on your ethnicity
like coolbreeze said U of M really appreciates "diversity" so I think its a plus if you're applying there

i can't say for other schools though
