OHH YEA AND I RETOOK THE SAT FIND OUT RESULTS ON THE 25th

i think you pretty much summed it up on my thread..
"the key is depth over breadth...something you lack..."
maybe you should apply that little piece of advice towards your own app? i think so
good ur a URM.. tht doesnt mean **** when u have scores like that and not even in the top 10% ...
so u can keep crying on my thread if you want to vent out your little e-rage, but i really prefer you not.. thnks - sorry, and ya good luck.. the above might seem harsh, but if you think about it, it's pretty accurate IMO.. but gl anyways

I agree Chesterotle! That's why I focus on a few things that I actually love, and I do them a lot. I second what Accepted said about depth over breadth.

Are you a junior or senior in high school?
If you are a junior you could still improve your chances by continuing to retake the SAT and improving your score. The avg. SAT score for a Princeton freshman is 2200-2300 and the avg. GPA is around a 3.9 unweighted. So being a URM you still need to get about a 3.75-3.8 unweighted GPA to be considered. Also, I would only list the Extracurricular that you have a leadership position in on your app. and the ones that you are most passionate about. I wouldn't put in the ski club, art club, Spanish club etc.

To sum it up, if your a junior you still have a shot. Just work on that GPA and SAT I scores and study and do good on the SAT II subject tests.

If your a senior, your chances are not great..but who knows! GOOD LUCK!
