please chance me...
i dont mind harsh comments

you look good except the scores on sat are goiing to hurt.plus your international, which lowers your chances even at penn which loves them. apply anywya and show passion and you might pulll it off bro

ESSAYS
common app- good
Supplements- average

Mmm... I feel that for international students in your situation, you have to truly show your hard work and dedication (which suckssss) through your essays, so I'm not sure if just "good" and "average" are enough. Idk though that's just speculation. But I wish you good luck!!! :)

i think ur only chance is in your essays - which i doubt are good enough to pull ya through seeing because as you said, "i just came to US last year, so did extremely bad in english sections" which probably extends past the standardized testing and into your writing works. theyre also prlly not high qual. bc it seems as though you didn't pursue any advanced english courses to try to sharpen whatever knowledge of english that you have: i doubt it but good luck

also... dont say... "STRENGTH: all scores" ... okay... your grades are good, but basically everybody else (Except for the idiot 10% of retards who apply just for the hell of it) has the same, if not better, grades than you.. so if you have to resort to your grades as your only strength, then i can say your chances dont look too promising. sorry if this is harsh but.. "i dont mind harsh comments"

thanks for the comments
ya, i should show my PASSION to upenn
and true i shouldnt consider grades as a strength for schools like upenn, lol
so i guess the only thing that maybe makes me stand out is the fact that im trilingual ( i actually did some translation job and volunteer teaching, only that i dont have proof of those, haha) and i practice a traditional asian art (if they actually care and understand thats an ART)

thanks again for chancing me~

you have been lived in english spoken country since you are 12. I only lived for 4 years in us and it was the first time I ever lived in english spoken country T-T but I kinda understand if your primary language at home is not english. and I think you are not the only one who is trilingual; i'm also trilingual, too. there is lots of disadvantages for intl students because upenn has limited percentage of intl students, also most of intl students are perfect (except me haha) that's why I'm worrying about it..... good luck with you!!

i havent lived in english speaking area since i was 12... i lived in french speaking area in canada (ya not everyone speaks english in canada...lol)
but anyway~
ya there r lots of disadvantages for intl students for college apps... but its still a rich experience, and ya! not everyone gets the chance to experience it
and thanks for ur wishes~
