<p>Eh, you need a bit of fine tuning before application time, but you still have a chance. Your rank is a little lacking, for being in the 10 percent is vital to many of those top schools. As for tests, you have nice scores, but your SATs must be around 2250 to be competative. You have decent ECs, nothing REALLY stands out, but solid. However, you are against the the Math-y asian stereotype, so you need to find something that makes you stand out. Anyway, best of luck! </p>
