I want to go to Notre Dame because I read that their economics major focuses on social justice and that's what I plan to go into. I'm a protestant (haha) white male from a Christian school of ~400 people in Tennessee.

Academics:
-3.7 W GPA (really bad fresh/soph, upward trend junior year)
-Non-ranking school
-APs: English 11 (4), US History (4), Government, Economics, English 12, Calc BC
-Honors: Biology 2, Precalculus, French IV, Physics
(* I'm taking these next year)
(Note: the size of my school limits the academic opportunities; I have taken advantage of every honors/advanced I could)

Scores:
-1470 SAT I/2190 New SAT (740M/730CR/720W)
-32 ACT
-214 PSAT (70W/74M/70CR, probably going to be NMF)
-No SAT IIs, I'm willing to take some if they're required

Extracurricular/other:
-varsity swimming (on the state team and received Coaches' Award for "making their job easy")
-club swimming (year-round, practice every weeknight)
-varsity Scholar's Bowl team
-Mock Trial
-Mu Alpha Theta
-National Honor Society
-service/mission trip to French Canada in the summer (I've gone twice)
-nationally ranked in the French Grand Concours, 10th and 11th grade

So do I have a chance or does my GPA count me out?
