hello. i am a senior from massachusetts.

unweighted: 2.9/84.02
weighted: 4.0

most of my classes have been honors/ap.

act: 27
sat: 1740

ec: robotics - 2 years
student run a capella group - 2 years
asian cultural exchange - 2 years
environmental club
intercultural club
volunteering at the library
volunteering at relay for life
president of book club - 2 years

superscored, my sat score comes out to be 1840.

SAT’s are middle of the pack, GPA is middle of the pack (depending on how UMass weights AP and Honors classes, which I don’t know), EC’s seem middle of the pack. Rigorous class schedule works in your favor.

I’d say this would make you an “average” accepted student or a little higher. Since UMass accepts around 65% of applicants, there are a lot of kids swimming in the shallow end of the stats pool that get in, so I’d guess your chance is probably 90%+.
