Chance me, please!

I go to a competitive, public high school (exemplary ranking) in TX, so obviously I'll be admitted into the university (top 10% rule), but I'm wondering what my chances are for the College of Liberal Arts (Economics) and College of Natural Sciences.

Also, if I don't get into my top two choices and are admitted into Undergraduate Studies, how difficult is it to transfer into one of these after a year? (assuming good grades, ~3.5 GPA)

GPA: 3.64 UW - 3.86 W (4.0 scale)
Class Rank: 22/247
SAT: R-480, M-480, W-520 (I know, awful..)

Senior classes: AP Physics, AP Biology, Dual Credit Composition I and II, Pre-Calculus Pre-AP, Spanish III Pre-AP, Government ADV, Economics ADV.

Extracurriculars: 3 year varsity basketball, 2 year varsity tennis, student council treasurer, various community service.

Thanks

Bump… Anyone?

Extremely doubtful for CNS; if your essays are superb, then COLA is a possibility. Judging by any credit you might have, it will not be too bad to be in UGS for a year then transfer (automatic) into COLA.
