What are my chances of getting into the following universities?

University of Florida
UT-Austin
Texas A&M -College Station
Stanford
Cornell
USC
SUNY- University at Buffalo
Northeastern
Ohio State University
UT-Dallas

I have a weighted GPA of 3.40 out of 4.00 and an SAT of 2070
M- 770
R-580
W-720
also I have
outstanding extracurriculars - won many national and international level awards
6 AP Classes in high school total

Also, should I apply to an Ivy League school and what are my chances there?

Just based off of what you wrote, you have a very slim chance at very competitive schools like ivy leagues. Your GPA and SATs (due to reading) aren’t good enough.

While I’d like to see more in regards to the nature of the awards you won, the lack of ECs that are unacademic is going to hurt, especially with your CR score when it comes to some of the top colleges. Also, for some of these state universities knowing which state you are in is going to change the result, but, with that being said, I’ll give this a shot. I’m asusming Out of State for all of these.
