The reason for such assessments is because of your extracurriculars and test scores. Since you applied to elite schools, they expect everything that you have is elite. Your test score of 2100 is solid but not strong. Also you do not demonstrate a very good amount of leadership skills with your extracurriculars. For lower tiered elite schools, that is less of a problem but for the caliber of schools that you want, it could be an issue. Your GPA and course schedule is very strong and ultimately could be what pushes you in but your extracurriculars do not seem extraordinary so that is why you are a reach for those schools. Regardless of what happens good luck!!! You still have a strong chance at getting into your dream schools.
