<p>Your extracurriculars seem a little weak (not too bad), but your piano playing was quite good, and it’s good that you submitted an arts supplement. Taking the SAT Chinese for someone Chinese is not always the best idea but at least you did well on it. I think you have as good a chance as anybody else to get into Harvard (i.e. 7 percent).</p>

<p>Honestly? Let me be brutal here, but your profile seems pretty generic, especially for a chinese person.
Harvard tends to go for those who are ridiculously original - my proctor at SSP was a world class baton twirler, for example. </p>

<p>Still, I don’t want to discourage you. I agree with the post above - though your stats are stellar, they are not original and don’t “jump off the page”. You have just as good a chance as anyone.</p>
