For my SAT, I am going to keep retaking it until I have above a 2000

For my essay, I don't really know what I will write yet, but I was thinking about maybe how I had to move around and adapt to different situations and new schools, make new friends, etc and that I played a PC game(Starcraft which is an E-sport in south korea) that also forced me to adapt to what my opponent did.

My aims are
UCLA
UCSD
UCBC
Stanford(main goal)
UPenn

I have read a lot of stuff about Stanford Admissions, and I'm still trying to think of something that would set me apart from all the other people applying there and to stick out :(

bump! please

bump again

It’s going to be pretty hard to bring your GPA up to a 4.0 from a 3.3 especially since freshman year is the easiest. Your ECs aren’t great. You definitely need community service and something that will set you apart. So I’ll chance you anyway:

UCLA: match IF you have a 4.0 and above a 2000 SAT
UCSD: same as above
UCBC: i don’t know enough about it, sorry.
Stanford: high reach
UPenn: very high reach

You need EC’s and a better GPA. You are going to have a very hard time getting into Standford since I had a friend with a 4.0 GPA all IB courses 2400 SAT 800 Math II and Chemistry SATII and a 36 on her ACT. She had done stunning research, a lot of community service, takes 3 math courses at a community college with all A’s, along with other prestigious awards, and she got rejected. So you have to understand, you may or may not make it. All the others I would say with your estimated GPA’s you should be fine, with a reach at UPenn…

Make sure you don’t take the SAT too many times, colleges don’t like to see above 2 retakes. It makes you seem like you’re obsessed.

How will being out of state and having an upward GPA trend affect my chances?

bump again
