Chance me please

I am a junior hoping to apply to NYU stern, and I was wondering if I even have a shot since i heard it is quite competitive.

I currently attend an international school aboard and have a unweight GPA of 3.7
Have a couple Honors classes and AP economics macro (taking micro next semester)

Scored 1940 on my SAT but is hoping to get 2100 next time.

I've went to summer programs, did tons of volunteer work, and had an part time job over the summer.

Hold an instructor role in our dance club for 3 years
Did tutoring for my classmates
Have some stable club activities but nothing that stands out..(will that hurt?)

Also, if my chances are low for stern then what are my other choices? Because I really love NYU but at the same time want to pursuit a career in business.

Thanks for all your help guys!

Scores are good, but could you clarify everything else?

what do you mean by everything else?

Went to UC berkely’s summer program, did lots of charity runs, visit hospitals for sick children, signed up for volunteer in the world expo…

Bring your SAT score up to about a 2050-2100

If you’re international, you need to bring that SAT score up. If you do that, then the only thing that’ll hurt is your EC’s.

Yeah I can handle the SAT with some hard work but my lack of ECs are going to screw me over.

Would it help if i take some SAT II?

Also, what other choices might be good for me since chances are, I’m not getting accepted into stern…
