Thank you for your help. :)

Well, you can’t really be chanced until we have an SAT I score or an ACT score. Also, not to be hurtful, but your E.C.s appear a little sparse too. I’m sure you are very involved in the clubs that you are in, but there is nothing especially fantastic I can see, although the dancing thing is pretty cool. Like I said, post back with SAT I score and I’d happily chance you

The dancing/table tennis EC’s are unique and interesting. :)

Unfortunately, no one can chance you until your SAT I results are out. It’s impossible to predict chances without scores for those 3 sections, since they can easily make or, in most cases, break the decision.

Yale is still a pretty high reach for you. I hope your other SAT IIs are higher than a 690. Best of luck.

wrightm-Thank you for your advice.yes i am extremely involved in all the above activities and actually dont have time for anything else as then i would not be doing justice to them.I am extremely passionate about my dance and am one of the best students in one of the best dance institutes in the country(actually that is something im counting upon…have you heard the name Yamini Krishnamurty?)…So i was going to include an extra rec letter and enclose a CD.
Im going to try for 2300 but i think i shall get a score in the late 2100’s to high 2200’s only.

decresendo-lol…thanks
Yes…i feel ashamed every time i say urgh ‘690’ but i was stupid enough to make bubbling mistakes.(i know this because i checked my scores on the consolidated list and except 4 all were correct.):frowning:
Im going to take the math phy and chem in november and im sure i’ll get 800’s in phy and math atleast.

Oh.I havent mentioned something on my OP.Im an international student.

Bumpp???

Oh and my mom’s a single parent and she’s been raising me without any help from anyone else.Income bracket-Low i think…she’s a school teacher.
Ive seen other people mentioning this…so i did too.Ive heard that the university takes this into consideration…is that true?

Well, Yale is need-blind, but the answer is sort of. I’m sure all colleges take a peak at that information, but generally I don’t believe it makes a difference unless the circumstances are extremely bad
