<p>My classes: I'm a sophomore at a public high school in New York. In my school, last year's valedictorian is now at Yale Class of 2014. I want to do this too! I started taking high school classes in 8th grade, even though I was middle school. I took four high school credits. Many from my grade did atleast two of these four.</p>
<p>9th Grade: Geometry Honors (10th grade class), Biology Honors, French 2 Honors (It's was a 10th grade French class), Global 1R, Photography 1, Journalism/Creative Writing, English 10R (also a 10th grade class); I took Global 2R over the summer between 9th and 10th.</p>
<p>10th Grade (NOW): All my classes are 11th grade classes
AP American History, AP Psychology (I'm the only one in my grade in this class), Algebra 2/Trigonometry Honors, French 3 Honors, Chemistry Honors, English 11R, Health 9/10, Studio in Art.</p>
<p>Planning to apply for Cornell University Summer Program (good idea?)
Planning to take four APs in juniors year (plus honors classes) and 5 APs in Senior year, so 11 Overall.</p>
<p>ECs:Cultural Dance (promoted one level at my dance school)
Cultural Vocal Singing
Executive Board of French Club
Going to run for Treasurer of American Field Service club (deals with foreign exchange studnets)
Joining Yearbook Commitee
Working to start a Debate/Model UN club at school
In a Community Volunteer Program
Working on finishing a novel to publish
Taking PSAT and SAT I and IIs this year (SAT II for American History)</p>
