I'm very active in the local Jewish community, I dedicate 6+ hours a week 50 weeks a year to religious tasks including classes, volunteering and occasionally tutoring. Also, I annually present on Judaism to all the freshman history classes.
I have played piano for the past 10 years, though I do this for personal pleasure and never participated in any competitions. (about 3 hours a week)
I am in a creative writing program and 1/4 of every school day for the past 4 years has been in a creative writing class. I have been published and worked on the editorial board of the school newspaper and literary magazine. Our school published a book of collected works which I am in. I was chosen as one of seven students to participate in a playwriting program at Yale in which we spent 6 months working on a play.
Competed in math competitions both at my school and at another local school, nothing really special
