Chance ME PLEASE!

Hey,
I am only a junior right now, so a everything that it says I will do in senior year is only highly probable. I really want to study religions at a good university, but I also have a high interest in medicine. Could you chance me for Harvard and a few other universities? Be honest, please. I won't be applying ED to anywhere, but I'll do EA everywhere which offers it.

I'm a male Indian student from a public International Baccalaureate school in Colorado (I've heard that being from underrepresented states helps, and I think Colorado is underrepresented at most of the top schools.) My school occasionally sends a student to Brown or Cornell, but never to HYPS. I won't be applying for any financial aid.

GPA UW: 3.9
GPA W: 4.3
Class Rank: 9/550
ACT: 33 (will be retaking, hopefully 34 or 35) 34M, 34W, 34R, 30S lol.
Writing: 10
SATII's: Math 2: 800, Chemistry: 780, Literature: 750 (should I submit this one?)
AP: AP English Language* (5), AP Geography (5), Statistics (4), AP Literature* (5), Environmental science* (5), Chemistry (5)*
*self studied
Most rigorous schedule of anyone in school. 100% of my classes are AP/IB.

Senior Schedule:
IB Chemistry HL 2
IB Biology HL 2
IB English HL 2
IB Physics HL 2
IB French SL
IB History SL
IB Theory of Knowledge
AP Calculus BC

I'm pretty good at writing essays, but they probably won't gain my entrance to any school by themselves.

NHS 11, 12
Peer tutoring (unpaid- in school, paid- in summer with my own business)
5/6th grade Youth Basketball Coach 9, 10, 11, 12 (led team to city tournament victory, lol)
Robotics Team (state competition 11, probably 12)
Won some local Table Tennis Tournaments, not good enough for being a recruited "athlete" 9, 10, 11, 12
Debate Team 10, 11, 12 (minor leadership positions in 10, 11, probably 12)
I organized a baby clothing drive for a village in India (something like 15 full boxes worth of baby clothes)
Chemistry Team (won large competitions in 10, 11, 12) 9, 10, 11, 12
Set up a drive for medical supplies and basic pharmaceuticals to go the same village in India as went to the clothing drive. I managed to gather a lot of supplies, but I am still trying to figure out a legal way to ship them there! 11
Physician Shadowing (150 hours in the summer and on weekends total)
Hospital volunteering (400 hours total)
Will participate in an archaeological dig at a famous biblical site in Israel with a professional group of researchers and undergrads for 3 weeks in the summer (I was chosen for this because of top grades in my religion courses). 12
I took a few college courses in religion over the summer and during the year: World Religions, the Old Testament, and Hebrew Prophets (each 3 credits, received 4.0 gpa)
Leadership position in city-wide muslim organization for youth 10, 11, 12
Leadership position in national (but essentially state-wide) abrahamic faith group for youth 11, 12
I also teach some sunday school courses in the history of Islam (unpaid). 10, 11, 12

Recommendations:
I dunno. Probably will be OK. I'm a bit shy, so I don't know how much any teacher will be able to write about. I will get a rec from the leader of the archaeological dig, who also taught a class which I took. I make a concerted effort to speak in his class, so it will probably be good.

Thanks for any help!

also, how much weight is put on the interview? I feel like after interviewing, my chances may be lower because of my lack of people skills.

I think you have a fair shot at H, especially if you retake and score higher on the ACT.

Good luck! :)

33 is good enough so that it won’t keep you out of the running, but won’t be a major asset to your application. If you get a 34+ next time on the ACT, you’ll be in better shape.

Your emphasis on religion and the work you have done with the town in India ( which is amazing btw) will help you stand out in admissions eyes. i’d put you in the running for HYPS or any other schools :)

You have as good a shot as you can hope to have of getting into an Ivy, which means its still a pretty long shot.
