PLEASE help me guys! Also, there's no ranking system in my school.

I would say that a 2100+ on your SAT fares well enough to get into a top school like Hopkins. If you can bump that up maybe 50-100 points, that’s all the better. At a 3.7 GPA (unweighted I assume), that is a tad on the low side and might hurt a little, but it’s nothing insurmountable; that’s still a pretty solid GPA. You definitely show a medical interest in your ECs, but what is curious to me is that you only are a member in 3 clubs at your school. While your activities outside of school look very good on paper, your school activities look like a bit of a glaring weak spot.

Given that you are applying ED, make sure that you really show an immense interest - as a biology major (really any major), your stats are a dime a dozen so make your personality show, especially in your essays. Write about how JHU is unique for you, and do not just write about it’s expertise in medicine or something along the lines of that. That’s way too transparent. Last year, over 20 people from my public HS applied to Hopkins (including several other valedictorians and top ranked people), and I was the only one accepted. Elsewhere, I was debating majoring in History or English, but I addressed Hopkins’ Writing Seminars major and even applied with that as one of my intended majors. I individualized the school and drew a connection.

Another thing to take into account is how competitive JHU has been in the last few years - its acceptance rate has been dropping precipitously the last few admissions cycles. I would say that you have a fair to moderate shot of being accepted ED - could be a coin toss that might flip favorably given your essays. But you might as well apply if that’s your numero uno school.
