Please respond!!!!

Pleaseeeee chance me guyss

Admission is need-blind, so your financial request won’t have an effect on your application. And unless you come from an earthquake effected zone or wrote exceptionally well, you probably could have found a better topic, as it might sound cheesy, like a Miss Mississippi wanting world peace. Other than that, you seem to be well rounded and have a solid GPA. However, your SAT score is at the lower end of the 50th percentile range…65-70% chance of admission, I suppose.

I lost my home, my cousins, my friends in that earthquake. So I’m sure it didn’t sound cheesy!
Thanks a lot for your input!

I’m going to guess that you’re an international student from India or Pakistan, so that would explain the relatively low SAT score if your English isn’t great. If that is the case, it shouldn’t be a problem; I would say you have a high (80% +) chance of being accepted. Submit the TOEFL if you have a chance.

W&L has been looking to make a more well-rounded, diverse student body nowadays, so the national medal in mathematics and your interests and background make you a good candidate. Good luck =)

Thank you so much redguard117.
I had a 730 in Writing but I’m did too bad on the reading sections.
And yes you guessed it right, I am from Pakistan. :)

I mean, I did*
