<p>Would anyone want to chance me for WUSTL pls? I just want to get a ballpark of how I might do in admissions.</p>

<p>I am a male + asian
Public School
Midwest region</p>

<p>Tests:
ACT: 34 (English 34, Math 36 Reading 30... Science 36)
SAT II's: Math II 800, Physics 770, probly going to take the Bio SAT this fall</p>

<p>EC: not many</p>

<p>GPA: 3.81 (UW)</p>

swimming (9) learned how to swim = satisfied
tennis (10-11)

math team (9-11)
volunteer at condell (10-11)</p>

<p>Recommendations: good? hopefully
Essay: need to write</p>

<p>I'm thinking about going on the premed track.</p>

<p>Would colleges perhaps notice some improvement in my grades? ?...</p>

<p>I’m sorry I don’t think you have a very good chance at wustl. Your ec’s are weak, and though you have SAT’s and ACT’s along with an ok-ish gpa, you’re not a very competitive candidate. Maybe if you work on your extracurriculars and have a great essay, you may have a slightly larger chance.</p>

<p>To be honest I’d say the above post is too harsh. Although the EC’s are lacking, you do have really high ACT scores and great SAT II scores, which he may have overlooked. Also there isn’t much wrong with the GPA :P. I’d say its a low to mid reach for you.</p>

<p>No point in not applying, but I agree that you won’t really stand out among similar or more competitive applicants.</p>

<p>I had similar stats except 4.0 GPA and was accepted. Asian female.</p>
