<p>Your SAT Scores are up to par or underpar with most of the schools that you mentioned. Good EC’s, but your GPA will hurt you a lot. The first thing that admissions people look at is your GPA.
I would say that they are all low reaches. </p>

I thought for sure Albany uconn uri purdue and ohio state would all be at least matches </p>
