So, what are my chances? Thanks!

These are all very good. However, all Ivy league schools are a reach. You have as good a chance as anyone though.

Make your Essay freaking fantastic and you are in.
All the regional awards are very nice. Maybe do your essay on how hard you worked for these and how you wanted to give up, but then didn’t and became the best, over, and over and over again. (It shows you achieve excellence with persistence and will be able to do it AGAIN at a University. Maybe take an 8ish week online college course on a topic related to electrical engineering to show commitment to the field. Showing a strong dedication to the field, and giving you a head start. Also to make sure YOU are actually interested in that (nothing is worse than wasting years in the prime of your life and tens thousands of dollars at the same time all because you weren’t 100% sure)

GOOD LUCK!

Thanks guys! I’m actually undecided between electrical engineering and computer science. :-/

Great chance at most schools except Harvard, Princeton, Stanford, MIT, Yale. Those are so hard to get into, but you show real passion to chess, which is great! Write a great essay, and you will surely be admitted at most colleges. Good luck!
