<p>You don’t mention what country you are from, whether English is your first/primary language, and whether financial aid will be important for you. Those will all be important variables.</p>

<p>I am from India ,English is not my first language and my parents can fund me upto 30-33k per year so I would be requiring financial aid or non need based scholarships.</p>

<p>Brown does not give non-need based scholarships. Admissions are not need blind for foreign students, so you should be prepared to pay the full cost. Not being a native speaker helps to explain your low CR, W scores, but it may not be enough.</p>
