Chance me plz

Kindergarten i lived in the us for a about 4 years then 1st grade -> 5th grade in korea then 5th grade -> 9th grade in china then 9 -> 12 in the US.(grad2014 june)
UC gpa is about 4.13 (rank 20 out of 600 something students) and SAT scores were : CR610 M760 W640 first then CR620 M770 W650 second (2010,2040)
I took the October 5th SAT and am still waiting for the score.
SAT 2 i took chinese(800) math2C(800) and US(670)
AP scores werent really good, so far i took ap calc(5) ap psych(4) ap human(3) apush (4)
And senior year im taking ap gov ap calc bc ap lit ap physics c.
In china i took HSK (chinese proficiency test) and passed lvl6 which is the highest level.
Lastly i only have 200+ hours for church volunteering which i know its nothing important.

Im aspiring to major in business so obviously i want to apply for the top schools. Before that, i have few questions:

1) my parent's current income is <75,000; i am a legal resident but i dont have a green card. Any chance of getting grants from any school?

2) top business schools are UPENN wharton, MIT, UC Berk and so on. What parts should i make up to make my application more practical to ivy league schools or the top schools for business( if you want to talk about SAT score, please give me a good estimate that i must get )?

3) does my international experience serve as a plus or a minus?

4) any comments questions constructive criticism are welcome.

SAT is too low. Check class of 2017 wharton acceptants to see how high you need to bring it up. You’re reaching too high, and you’re international

Not sure about grants, but non US citizens or greencard holders i think would probably put you at a disadvantage unfortunately. Your rank is pretty good, but your gpa and sat are a bit on the weak side. Try to get more extracurriculars…does your school have FBLA (future business leaders of america?) Unfortunately, for the schools you are applying to your EC’s seem to be a bit weak too. However, given the expierences you had, you could write some amazing essays.
Here’s my 2 cents:
UPENN: high reach
Wharton: High Match
MIT: High reach
UC berk: Low reach
I would recommend applying to the lower tier UC’s.

They are all reaches for you. You will still be competitive with your stats, but your scores are on the low end and I don’t see many impressive ECs. Good luck!
