My biggest concern is GPA right now.. since it is so low. Also my SAT isn't good enought for Harvard Business..... Im planning to write my essay on my view of Sir Thomas More's book Utopia. I can get a phenomenal rec from counsellor and a pretty decent ones from teachers...

Do I have a chance?

why have you chosen "utopia" as your topic? What will you write about, specifically?

there's no SAT II Calculus, sorry.

Well, I have no idea. I see an awfully long list of ECs, but can't really tell what really interests you. You might try taking the ACT with writing - its essay is more straightforward. If you want credit for your college level courses you may want to take the APs. Every US college has slightly different requirements. If it's just a question of placing into a more advanced level course that can usually be arranged. If you write your essay about Sir Thomas More be sure that the essay ultimately tells colleges who you are, not how much you like (or dislike) More.

You should talk to your GC. What is your class rank? Where have students of your caliber been accepted in the past? That's a far better predictor of your chances than the information we have here.

Shad valley is awesome.. i just did it this summer... Shad Laval 2008 WOOT!!
