Hey guys, Im currently an OOS senior student
my sat scores are

710:Math
620:writing Essay:10

GPA: 3.4 U.W
4 APs, 3 Honors

I sent my app for an ER, Do you guys think I have good chance?
I have decent SAT scores but seriously bad looking G.P.A ( I really massed up during my freshmen and soph. year).
My G.P.A trend does increase though with 3.8 GPA U.W in Junior year.

It’s a tough call re: GPA. An upward trend helps a great deal. A cumulative 3.4 wouldn’t normally cut it unless you had either outstanding reasons or outstanding distinctions. But if your school is really strong, folks can, do and will get in. GPA is greatest indicator. You haven’t really given us enough info – we need to know what kind of school you go to (eg. magnet, private, top in state?). You also didn’t mention what school you applied to (eg. LSA, Engineering, etc.) or what your hook/ECs/Recommendations/Class rank etc. were.

Use the format and post on the chance thread for better results.
Good luck!
