<p>I'm a Junior at strong public high school in Maryland. I'm looking to apply to these schools so far:</p>

Bucknell
Vassar
Cornell ED
Lehigh</p>

<p>Bio:
White male
brother at Vassar</p>

<p>Academics:</p>

<p>GPA-3.7 or 3.76 (at the end of junior year)
SAT- CR 720 M 770 W 730 (retaking in May)
SAT II- Chem-790 (Math II, Physics, USH in June)
AP- Chem 5 World 5
AP classes- Freshman(not allowed to take)
Sophomore: chem and world(only available)
Junior: english lang, psych, physics B, french V, USH, calc AB
Senior: english lit, physics C, bio, french VI, econ micro&macro, calc BC
Course Load-hardest course load that I'm allowed to take (all honors, GT, AP other than requirements like gym)</p>

<p>Extra Curriculars:</p>

<p>Freshman- JV soccer, V tennis, inducted into french honor society, qualified for fencing Junior Olympics and Summer Nationals, competitive fencing, club soccer, School edible art competition
Sophomore- JV soccer, V tennis, french honor society, qualified for fencing JOs and Nationals, key club member, became a certified Fencing Officials Commission referee, competitive fencing, club soccer, volunteered for 2-3 weeks at summer fencing camp, edible art competition
Junior- V soccer, V tennis, french honor society, qualified for JOs and Nationals again, increased my FOC rating, competitive fencing, club soccer
Awards- varsity letter, various scholar-athlete awards for each sports season, won award in edible art competition freshman year if that counts for anything</p>

<p>I applied to Lafayette with a 2270 SAT (comparable to yours) and fewer EC’s, and got a Marquis Scholarship, so I would think you’d have comparable results</p>

<p>Also, I left out that I participated in Maryland Math League this year.</p>

<p>I think I’ll also be a National Merit Commended Scholar with a 216 on my PSAT.</p>
