Chance me, por favor.

I'm a current junior. I go to a small private school that does not do a class ranking. My GPA by the time I apply to college in the fall will be a 3.9-4.1...depending on how I finish this year and my first semester senior year. My ACT score was a 28 and I'll be taking it again to try to improve this score. I'm in the full IB diploma program. I will have had 5 AP's (US, Euro, Bio, macroecon, and microecon) and 6 IB's (environmental science SL, Spanish SL, Economics HL, English HL, Math SL, and European/Middle Eastern History HL). I want to major in English and Spanish and study abroad in Spain.

I've played varsity soccer and next year I hope to be captain of varsity cross country. I have over 200 hours of community service (camp counselor, caritas, etc.). I'm a member of Spanish Club, Youth and Government Club, and S.E.A. Club. I'll be secretary of S.E.A. Club next year. Also, next year I will be vice president of my senior class. This summer, I'm spending three weeks abroad in Spain and then using the rest of my time to write my IB extended essay, and helping out with the Special Olympics (my brother is a special-needs child, so this is really personal).

I'm planning on applying to the College of William and Mary (ED) and the University of Virginia (EA). I will also apply to JMU, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest, and possibly the University of Richmond. I'm a Virginia resident.

Sounds like a cinch to me. These schools are well within your target.
