Chance me POR FAVOR!!!

Please chance me for a 8 colleges below and please suggest me some more colleges that I have chances to get into...

I moved to the US in my sophomore year. I am qualified for In-state tuition in VA.

SAT super score: 1970 (1880, 1820, 1870)

Reading: 550
Writing: 630
Math: 790

SAT 2 Korean: 790
SAT 2 Math level 2: 800
SAT 2 World History: Took it on December
SAT 2 Physics: Took it on December

IBT Toefl: Going to take on December

GPA: 3.508 (Weighted) Korean GPA: 2.8ish (9th grade -10th grade 1st semester) and American GPA: 4.1ish (10th grade 2nd semester – 11th grade) .
Korea and the US have the totally different types of education system. The grade scale is different. Korean education focuses more on students’ class ranks while American education focuses more on their grades. For example, getting 60 out of 100 in Korea would be an average mid-50% rank. However, in America this is an F which is 0 out of 4.0 GPA.

Colleges I will apply for:
1. University of Virginia (UVA)
2. College of William & Mary
3. Virginia Tech
4. Emory University
5. George Washington University
6. George Mason University
7. Virginia Military Institute (ROTC)
8. Purdue (should I…?)

It’s unlikely they will calculate your Korean GPA along with your American GPA. It’s possible your Korean transcript will be evaluated by someone who knows about international educational systems.

A number may have different values. A 60% in Korea = B+, whereas it’s a D in the US. Converting numericals without their actual value makes no sense so I hope you or your guidance counselor didn’t try to do that. Provide the Korean transcript with its translation, then your 11th and 12th grade American transcripts.
Your GPA would likely be your American GPA.
You could try to be recruited for soccer.

University of Virginia (UVA): reach (unless recruited for soccer)

College of William & Mary: reach (unless recruited for soccer)

Virginia Tech: match

Emory University: reach (unless recruited for soccer)

George Washington University: reach

George Mason University: safety

Virginia Military Institute (ROTC): do you really want to attend a military institute? Your other choices make me question this.
Purdue: no - you’re OOS so you wouldn’t get any financial aid. If engineering interests you, check out Rose Hulman, Wpi, Rit, Union, Clarkson. These schools tend to be easier to get into for girls so if you’re a girl, you’re in luck as you may get a nice financial aid package, but even if you’re a boy these would definitely be matches.
Be aware that William&Mary is very different in atmosphre from Virginia Tech and I’m not sure a person would be happy at both.
Check out Christpher Newport or Mary Washington for other safeties.
Similar to GWU, check out American University.
