I am a 15 year old senior from Asia. I was planning to apply to colleges in USA, but recently I found about PG year at a boarding school. I am thinking about applying to a boarding school because I think I might be too young for college and because I hope during another year at a high school in USA I can improve my SAT and SAT Subject Test scores and increase my chance of getting accepted at good colleges with good aids. What do you think? Also, as I am new to boarding schools, I don't know how hard it is to get into a boarding school. Can you please chance me? (Unfortunately, I need full financial aid)

SAT: 1900- 570 CR, 690 M, 640W (my first time, definitely sure it can be improved)
Subject tests: Have given Math 2, World history this December. Scores aren't out yet, but hoping for 750+ on Math 2. (Do boarding schools take subject tests into consideration?)
GPA: 4.0/4.0

Prizes:
Best student of school - 5 times
Scholarship to study at a private school
Global Debates competition winner
Various English Language Olympiads - silver, bronze medals

EC's:
Debate
Student council (Vice president)
Orphanage
Red Cross
Save the Children
and few other things

Not talented at sports, but interested in performing arts

Hook?: from a not-often-represented country in Asia (so far I haven't found any student from my country at boarding schools. not sure if it's a hook, though)

Schools: So far, I've considered Berkshire, Choate Rosemary, Deerfield, Holderness, Hotchkiss, Kent, Loomis Chaffee, Mercesburg, Peddie, Phillips Exeter and Taft.

So, what do you think? Should I apply to some of these schools? Should I also apply to colleges? Btw, will applying to the same college twice affect my chance of getting accepted? How often are 16 year-olds found at colleges? Do you think I will have a hard time if I enroll at 16? What do you think about post graduate year at a boarding school?
Please share your thoughts

Thank you =)
