Hi everyone! Honest opinions for my chances ED (potentially at Tufts)

Biographical Info:

  • NYC, Private, Progessive-Education School
  • 4.0 GPA (my school doesn’t do weighted)
  • White, First Generation American
  • Russian, Mandarin, English (spoken)
  • Female (she, her, hers)
  • Grade of 69 people

EC’s:

  • Theater (Roles included: Matron Mama Morton (Chicago, 2020), Jordan (High School Caucus, 2020), Marty (Grease, 2019), Marge Murray + Others (The Laramie Project, 2019), Sarah (The Man Who Came To Dinner, 2018)
  • Yearbook (editor, 10-12)
  • UJA PACT Teen Philanthropy Board (Jewish philanthropy/community service)
  • Job in retail since 9th grade
  • Community service at Girls Inc. of Greater Santa Barbara (four weeks)
  • 2 week law intensive at Oxford University

College Intentions:

  • Double-major (Psych and Film studies/Lit)
  • Participation in theater and radio broadcasting

Did you take your SAT or ACT yet? or plan to?

everything else lo0oks good.

I am an incoming Freshman and I feel demonstrated interest was a big help.

I went to all Tufts info sessions in my city. each year including my senior year.

I did a two week summer program, as well as visited the campus twice.

When I wrote my "Why Tufts’ essay I was able to show my true enthusiasm and knowledge of the school.

Essays are important…stand out and show your personality.
