<p>A 1620 converts roughly to a 23 on the ACT, and OSU’s current average is a 28.8 and they hope to raise it to a 29 this upcoming admission period. So to have a chance of acceptance, I would try taking the ACT, maybe you can score better on that. There is always the option of transferring into OSU after a year or two. That’s something, based on your current stats, I’d look into.
I’d say with a 27/28, you’d have a good shot at admittance, due to being out of state. My advice would be study and take the ACT.
