I would guess that your chances are at least as good as the average applicant (a bit less than 5%), and maybe marginally better. Stanford said in a mailing to alumni that about 80% of their applicants are academically qualified to attend, and you are clearly in this group.

There are a lot of very good universities, and assuming that you have applied to a reasonable list of schools I am sure that you will get into a very good school. Whether it will be Stanford is not possible to guess.

With Stanford especially, you can have perfect test scores and GPA, great ECs and good essays, and still get denied; while applicants with ok test scores and GPAs, good ECs and great essays will get in. Therefore, focus on essays but focus also on things that are within your control such as picking other good schools. Luck tends to even out through your lives so character, patience and hard work will win out.
