Hi! I’m currently a junior who is in the midst her college search. I and from Maryland, and a white female. I am working on my college list and was wondering if it looks realistic. Thank you for any replies!

Of those schools I can only comment on Northeastern. Knowing students from my class that got in, I would say you have a fairly decent shot. Extracurricular activities seem to mean a lot, as one friend had stats well below yours but still got in. That being said, you have a lot of good ECs, and a great common app essay will definitely help you as well. If you’re looking to be local-ish, George Washington University is a nice mid-low match and American University is a nice high match/low reach.

Your list looks great. Review and make sure your SATs put you solidly at 75th percentile for safeties. I think you might want one or two more safeties that you would really be happy at. It is tough for Maryland girls, esp if you are from MoCo. Congratulations on all your accomplishments!

Your list looks fine as long as you have checked the net price calculators to see that they are affordable.
