<p>I can’t see any problem with you getting into Rice, none at all. UTAustin, same story. Cornell you should get into provided you do well on the essay, and Caltech might be a mid- or high-reach, just because you don’t have too many specific scientific ECs (Intel, major fairs, that kind of thing).
